Using my Lean Six Sigma & Agile approaches, I’ve worked with companies to fix existing business process problems & identify opportunities for continuous improvement/savings
Check out how I’ve been able to help these companies!
SharePoint Online Migration
The Results
Proactively migrated the 25 departments over to SharePoint Online without any loss in business process productivity, kept within the Key Performance Indicator timelines of the IT partners & saved money for the company by moving a significant portion of cloud storage from on to off site (removes server upkeep & maintenance costs by moving off site)
The Problem
Previous cloud storage software (SharePoint 2010) was end of life & the company was looking to simultaneously save on on-premises data storage costs.
My Role
I was the lead business PM working directly with the IT project manager & 75 business representatives across the 25 divisions ensuring the team had our testing plans, requirements, & timelines in order.
The Challenge
IT partners key performance indicators were focused around completing the project by a certain date, whereas the business key performance indicators were focused around how successfully the project was implemented. If it wasn’t implemented properly, there would be significant impacts to business critical areas like the finance & campaign deployment teams; leading to huge downstream impacts
By working with the IT partners, I was able to negotiate a more equitable timeline for the business so they could sufficiently move their critical documents over to SharePoint Online. Alongside that, I was able to get an additional warranty period for increased IT support post implementation.

JIRA (Issue management software) Transparency Upgrades
The Results
Success of the project lead to a 15% increase in client response times & a 98% client acceptance rate
The Problem
No fixed timeline transparency for the operations clients when submitting issue tickets through JIRA. This would lead to several escalation emails which would increase the overall turnaround times.
My Role
I was the lead Six Sigma project manager charged with defining the problem, measuring the impacts with the subject matter experts, analyzing the JIRA data with Minitab to create solutions, implement those solutions within a 6 month timeframe & monitor the outcomes with a tracking tool that I created for the operations team.
The Challenge
Implementing the change for their clients required that they learned how to appropriately log issues to get the right information back. As normally their clients would haphazardly log ticket to incorrect support silos which would slow the issue resolution process down significantly.
By leveraging my relationships with the various departments & clearly articulating the changes to their leaders, they were more inclined to abide by the changes. I had also created a cheat sheet that users would pin to their cubicles to remind them which issue silos dealt with each issue they’d encounter.

Windows 10 Upgrades
The Results
Proactively updated all of the divisions computers to Windows 10, saving the company thousands of dollars & work hours in fixing business critical process applications.
The Problem
Technology was becoming end of technical warranty & needed to update to ensure business processes were unaffected within a tight 2 month timeframe.
My Role
I was the lead business project manager charged with managing the 25 business units testing & requirements gathering. I worked closely with the IT project manager to ensure a seamless testing cycle
The Challenge
The 2 month timeframe & the fact that we didn’t have dedicated business project resources. If this wasn’t implemented properly, there would be significant impacts to business critical areas like the finance & campaign deployment teams; leading to huge downstream impacts
My relationship with the IT project manager & IT division was already great due to a previous SharePoint Online project which helped business representatives deal with any issues they encountered within an hour of notifying me of the problem. Also, my tenacious attitude in sticking to the project working schedule I’d created, allowed us to finish within the 2 month timeframe
